At Hydro-Flux Aqua Products we believe that all customers deserve high quality customer care, no matter how small you are, which is why every customer will be given a designated account manager. Your account manager will handle all of your enquires, quotations, invoices, along with any other issues and needs that may arise. With Hydro-Flux you will always be able to pick up the phone and talk to the right person whenever you need them.

At Hydro-Flux we believe that if our products are not good for the pool engineer then they won't be good for the pool owner, which is why the needs of pool engineers have been at the centre of our product development.

Three-Year Warranty

With Hydro-Flux Aqua Products you will never have to worry about when the length of the warranty, as all our products come with a three-year warranty as standard. If you need to, and we hope you don’t, use your warranty to claim on a faulty product, simply let us know and we will collect the item, free of charge, and send you a replacement product, free of charge.

Trade-Warranty Rebate

At Hydro-Flux Aqua Products we know that your time is precious, and that every wasted second is cutting into your profit margin, that is why we have created the Trade-Warranty Rebate. The Trade-Warranty Rebate is here to help the pool professionals when we make a mistake that cuts into your bottom line. If, for any reason, one of our products is faulty, simply let your account manager know about the issue and claim the product under warranty. Once we have received the product, we will credit your trade account with a percentage of the cost of the product.
